Saddle, awarded 1 Michelin Star and 2 Repsol Suns, opened its doors with the aim of becoming a contemporary classic restaurant. Saddle is an experience in which the respect for the product and the mastery in the mixture of classic and modern techniques stand out, both in the service and in the cuisine.
We are the only restaurant in Madrid distributed over 2 floors with three different atmospheres: the bar, focused on cocktails; the large dining room and finally its five reserved areas, which occupy an entire floor.

The large dining room. A timeless, sophisticated space where noble materials such as marble, wood and brass predominate. A spacious and bright place, thanks to the imposing skylight that covers it completely, as well as its interior garden. It also has a panoramic view over the kitchen, the engine room of the restaurant. Finally, a menu adapted to each customer, where seasonal dishes, produce and quality will predominate.
An informal but sophisticated space. Its proposal is focused on the product bar, where quality and little elaboration will be the protagonists, so that each mouthful is reminiscent of the deepest part of the origin from which it comes. In addition, it will be paired with a menu of over 200 champagnes and a classic yet contemporary seasonal cocktail menu. In short, a perfect space to cover all hours of the day.
The only restaurant in the city that dedicates an entire floor to its private dining rooms, where diners can enjoy the same gastronomic offer in a more intimate and discreet atmosphere as in the restaurant’s dining room. The capacity of the five reserved rooms ranges from 1 to 22 persons. These spectacular private rooms have spaces within them to continue the lunch, the celebration or the work meeting in a more relaxed atmosphere between sofas and sitting areas.
