Restaurant
The large dining room. A timeless, sophisticated space where noble materials such as marble, wood and brass predominate. A spacious and bright place, thanks to the imposing skylight that covers it completely, as well as its interior garden. It also has a panoramic view over the kitchen, the engine room of the restaurant. Finally, a menu adapted to each customer, where seasonal dishes, produce and quality will predominate.
Saddle Bar

Private rooms
The only restaurant in the city that dedicates an entire floor to its private dining rooms, where diners can enjoy the same gastronomic offer in a more intimate and discreet atmosphere as in the restaurant’s dining room. The capacity of the six reserved rooms ranges from 2 to 24 persons. These spectacular private rooms have spaces within them to continue the lunch, the celebration or the work meeting in a more relaxed atmosphere between sofas and sitting areas.
