You will receive an email and/or SMS days before the reservation date and must reconfirm or cancel the reservation in the links provided for that purpose, if they exist. Only once the reservation is reconfirmed by you from the email or SMS, will your reservation be fully confirmed. If the diners do not show up and there is no notice canceling the reservation, no refund of the amount charged will be made.
