Available exclusively for two tables, every Friday and Saturday evening, located beside the kitchen window.

Designed for 2 to 4 guests, this limited offering invites you to be part of something rare: to experience service from within and, for one night, feel part of Saddle.

At Saddle, we understand service as the live interpretation of a score. There is structure, rhythm, and harmony, yet each night is different. Every gesture, every dish, and every glass is executed with the craftsmanship of the trade, before you, in a way that cannot be replicated.

The experience begins with a tour of the kitchen, where you will observe the team in action and the preparation of one of the menu’s dishes live. It continues at Saddle Bar, where a cocktail will be crafted before you, and culminates at your table by the kitchen window, from where you can follow every movement of the service without missing a single detail.

A privileged seat from which to discover that, in truth, each service is an ephemeral work that exists only once.
