“Estaciones”, “Seasons” in English, represents the values of Saddle, where we exclusively source seasonal produce to enhance our tasting menu.
This menu changes daily, depending on what is selected by local farms, fishermen, or mushroom collectors.
Our tasting menu consists of 8 courses, featuring both classic dishes and temporary seasonal creations.
